Mark Scott

As CEO, Mark’s responsibilities include strategy, supporting sales, marketing and our technology roadmap, along with M&A and corporate finance.
Over the past eighteen years he has launched three companies focused on business-to-business services, including two firms in the managed IT services industry. CareWorx, a national managed services provider, annually named to the MSPmentor 100 and recognized as Ottawa’s 2013 fastest growing and company of the year. In 2000, N-able Technologies (sold to Solarwinds), a global provider of remote monitoring and management software that pioneered MSP business transformation.

Mark is a chartered professional accountant and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Finance and Economics. He currently serves on the board of directors of the MSPAlliance and presents regularly at industry events on technology and entrepreneurship.

Mark Tomzak

As President, Mark’s primary focus is on the continued growth of the CareWorx healthcare division.
Mark leads the strategy and execution of our Senior Care division, including:

  • Sales and marketing
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Strategy for growth in senior care
  • International expansion

For more than 20 years Mark has held senior leadership roles at technology companies addressing the needs of the healthcare and and long-term care sectors. Most recently, he served as the CEO of CareWorx. His expertise in strategic planning, organizational management and team building have enabled him to help organizations meet and exceed corporate and sales objectives.

Janice Siddons
Janice SiddonsChief Operating Officer
As COO, Janice is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at CareWorx with a clear mandate on team motivation. Our customer experience is Janice’s #1 focus!
Janice has been in the managed services industry since 2000 in senior leadership roles from Channel Chief and VP & GM at N-able to COO of CareWorx, as a key executive in both companies from inception. Janice is a graduate in financial management and has been recognized as a CRN Channel Chief, as one of the Top 50 most influential channel executives, was named to Ottawa’s Forty Under 40 in 2013 and to MSPmentor’s Global 250 Executive listing in 2014.

Most recently Janice was recognized by Computer Dealer News as one of the most influential women in the channel as a CDN Woman of the IT Channel 2014 Honouree.

Dan Hilton

As CFO, Dan is responsible for managing corporate finance, governance, investor relations, human resources and sits on our board of directors.

Dan is a seasoned CPA/CA with extensive experience as an executive and financial professional, including taking several technology companies public and also growth through mergers & acquisitions.  Dan has joined us from the TSX-listed public company Datawind and served as CEO of The Conservative Party of Canada during Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s years in office.  Dan holds MBAs from Cornell University & Queens University.

Marco La Vecchia

As VP of Sales, Marco is responsible for executing CareWorx’s North American sales strategy, forging and fostering new strategic channel relationships as well as building and guiding our sales team.

Marco is a Managed Services veteran with more than 15 years of progressive experience in channel and enterprise sales. Most recently he served as VP of Sales at AVG Technologies where he led a large team in North and South America. His strong strategic planning, organizational and interpersonal skills complement his natural leadership abilities. A respected industry champion, Marco is a recognized speaker at events across Canada and the United States. In 2015, Marco was named a CRN Channel Chief — the who’s who in channel management executives.

Mark McIntyre

As VP of Managed Services, Mark is responsible for enterprise accounts and partnership strategy.
Mark has being working in the Managed Services industry since 2006 and has extensive business development and strategic partnership experience within the technology sector. Mark has a passion for mapping business needs to technology solutions, often with a vertical market focus.

Mark is a family man that continually brings energy to the CareWorx team with his with enthusiasm and optimism.

Aaron Bradley
Aaron BradleyVP of Marketing
As VP of Marketing Aaron is responsible for vision and execution of CareWorx’s marketing programs, web strategy and brand development.
Aaron leads all marketing efforts across CareWorx’ three main service pillars of Service Desk, Managed IT and Senior Care Solutions. He enjoys working directly with our partners on both direct & indirect campaigning/outreach efforts.

Prior to joining CareWorx, Aaron was Marketing Manager at a mid-market Managed Service Provider where he also supported the marketing efforts of several multinational channel partners like IBM, G.E. and Sprint. Aaron brings a unique, entrepreneurial background to the team which includes 20 years’ experience in high-tech marketing & brand management in the Ottawa area. A graduate of Carleton University’s School of Commerce, Aaron has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Marketing.

Shann Bosnell
Shann BosnellVP of Product Management
As VP of Product Management, Shann is responsible for executing our technology roadmap.
His responsibilities include:

  • Maintain our managed and cloud services catalogue
  • Manage sales engineering
  • Co-manage integration plan on corporate acquisitions
  • Manage internal IT and business applications

Shann brings with him a passion for all thing technology and a wealth of expertise with over 18 years of management experience, ranging from managed services to business-to-business IT support and call centers. His diverse combination of technology and management backgrounds have enabled him to manage technology teams of upwards of 400+ people, including being Director of Call Center Operations at OnPath Business Solutions and workforce manager at Bell Canada.

Beth Walpole
Beth WalpoleVP of Professional Services & Vendor Management
Beth is responsible for our senior solutions engineers in the delivery of professional IT solutions to our clients.
In addition, Beth has responsibility for the ongoing management of our strategic relationships with our key partners to ensure that our certified team of professionals supports industry-leading solutions.

Beth has been in IT and Operations Management in the Services industry for over 25 years providing senior leadership in software development, IT project management and call centre technology management. She started her career providing IT and Operations management at Electronic Direct Marketing Limited – a startup that grew to 3 locations, 950 employees and was acquired by Teletech 12 years later. Since that time, she has lent her expertise to call centre start-ups as well as several other ventures in the retail, mining and sports marketing industries.

Beth is a graduate of University College at the University of Toronto and has studied in both Bolivia and France as part of her educational career.
